Kay Warren

Kay Warren completed her initial massage therapy training in Atlanta through a 1,250-hour apprenticeship-style program that built a strong clinical foundation from the very beginning of her career.

During her first five years in practice, Kay worked alongside an adjusting osteopath and an orthopedic surgeon within an orthopedic surgery group. That experience deeply expanded both her clinical knowledge and hands-on application of therapeutic care. She worked extensively with individuals experiencing chronic, unexplained pain—people who lived with daily discomfort, often without clear physical pathology or conclusive medical findings.

Those early years sparked a lifelong pursuit of understanding the complex relationship between pain, function, and the human body. Through decades of study and practice, Kay developed an approach rooted in careful assessment, anatomy, and practical treatment strategies.

Kay is an actively practicing massage therapist with more than 40 years of experience, specializing in orthopedic and medical massage. Her classes at NC Massage School are known for their strong anatomical focus, clinical relevance, and real-world application.
