Note: This 3 day class is similar to an initial or first level cranial sacral training with the difference being that students will have an opportunity to experience cranial trainings from various “schools of thought.”
WHAT IS COVER IN THIS CLASS:
• We will take an in depth look at the anatomy (structures) that makeup and connect to The Cranial System (i.e. skeletal, sutures, fascia, cranial nerves, meninges, fluid).
• Using our palpatory skills to feel the cranial motion throughout the body. Then with gained knowledge and tools received, under the guidance of the instructor, have the capability to locate, evaluate and free up areas of restriction and dysfunction within the cranial system.
Class consists of lecture, demo and lots of hands-on practice.
“Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle modality that works well alone and with other modalities to help the body return to its own natural balance. Cranial Sacral gets to the core and helps release physical and emotional trauma that may have been trapped deep within for many years. This gentle and highly effective work has many benefits.”
Upon completion: students will be eligible to take an advanced training and/or a class that uses cranial sacral and other modalities for releasing emotional trauma.
