Rooted in traditional holistic practices, Wood Therapy enhances lymphatic drainage, improves circulation, breaks down localized fat, and promotes overall body detoxification.

Description

Course Description:

This hands-on course introduces second year students to the techniques and theory behind Wood Therapy, a natural, non-invasive modality that uses anatomically designed wooden tools to sculpt, contour and stimulate the body. Rooted in traditional holistic practices, Wood Therapy enhances lymphatic drainage, improves circulation, breaks down localized fat, and promotes overall body detoxification.

Students will learn proper tool handling, body mechanics, treatment sequences, and safety protocols, along with an understanding of physiological effects of Wood Therapy on skin, fascia, and lymphatic system. Emphasis will be placed on client assessment, treatment customization, and integration with other wellness or esthetic services.

By the end of the course, students will have the knowledge and confidence to safely perform a basic full-body Wood Therapy treatment and understand it's role in therapeutic wellness programs.
